• Select, prepare, and process orders.
• Process outgoing packages for shipment.
• Ensure credits and returns are performed in accordance with policies together with the help of the Operations Manager.
• Answer incoming service calls to satisfy customer needs.
• Professionally communicate over the phone with retailers regarding shipment of orders.
• Receive, inspect, and analyze returned products to determine which goods meet repair criteria.
• Provide excellent customer service for repair inquiries.
• Log merchandise into the computer system and develop work orders.
Special Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to physically pick up products for long periods of time.
2. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
