Accountant - Manpower Middle East

Our client, is a leading international technology provider is currently seeking to recruit a SAP Accountant. He will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance



Scope and Purpose:

• To provide management, financial and accounting information for the financial accountability.

• To track companies’ expenses, as well as prepare, analyze and verify financial documents.

• To assist in financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.

• Day to day maintenance of books of Accounts.

• Support SAP Rollout



Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

• Accounting responsibilities for Inter-company invoices and other supplier invoices.

• Provide assistance in preparation of monthly management reports

• Liaise with Auditors for timely and smooth completion of the audit.

• Tracking of Air tickets issued by the company and Business trips.

• Reconcile all pending accounts on a monthly basis.

• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of all monthly financial statements.

• Assist in creating, monitoring and updating financial related policies and procedures.

• Assist with travel bookings and records.

• Maintain majority part of Company’s Bahrain’s books of accounts.

• Bookkeeping of Accounting Documents and Other Contracts

• Customer & Supplier Ledger Reconciliation

• Maintain Petty cash imprest and accounting.

• Other routine accounting tasks.
