1) Supporting GMs/ Managers: Arranging appointments, business trip arrangements (Visa, flights and accommodation), Restaurant booking
2) Supporting General Affairs duties: Screening phone calls, Courier arrangement, Maintenance of car insurance and registrations, Maintenance of office equipment (stationery, printers, A/C, Business card orders, etc.), Circulars, and some other general affairs duties.
- Preferable Experience (but not limited to):
- University graduate.
- Good endurance, peaceful and eager to develop him/herself.
