Job Description



The Product Support Manager/After Sales Manager is responsible for directing and controlling the

Company Product Support Department to ensure efficient and

profitable operation by meeting Company and Group objectives

and by maintaining the highest quality service to the customers.



Main Duties:



Developing, monitoring, and managing annual budgets and objectives for the part and service department



Promoting good customer relations relative to increasing annual parts sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints and visiting customers to evaluate parts and service opportunities





Coaching his/her staff Supervising and evaluating staff work performance and carry out for any of his/her employees



Investigating and resolving customer complaints
