Purpose:
To lead and manage the Business Performance inclusive of framework, KPIs development and monitoring, corrective actions recommendations and reporting to management.
To act as a central body of reporting of organizational KPIs and projects according to international standards and best practice.
To manage business process improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, growth and other key strategic initiatives
Associate Director - Corporate Planning
• Lead Corporate Planning exercise for the organization inclusive of methodology, process, and templates
• Analyze and review the departmental performance and link the results to the overall strategy and analyse the impact of the results on the overall company performance.
• Interact with Heads of Departments to analyze the organizational performance and underperforming KPIs to develop corrective actions accordingly.
• Develop a central body of reporting on organizational projects (PMO) to ensure on budget timely delivery and as per expected quality.
• Maintain a process portfolio inclusive of departments key processes
• Run surveys to measure performance and satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the Call Centre as per contract
• Manage the complaints received against the organisations
• Facilitate and coordinate benchmarking activities between client and other organizations
• Maintain the a digital library of company policies and procedures
