• Support Compliance Manager in reviewing, investigating Erase AML alerts assigned by the AML Manager on a daily basis and carrying out necessary follow up with Relationship Managers in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Reviewing the responses received for adequacy and appropriateness ans closing of alerts where not found suspicious. Maintaining an audit trail for all dispositions.
• Assisting the Compliance Manager in the conducting and documenting the monitoring and testing of reviews of internal compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Responsible for maintaining the department MI, record keeping and providing back-up support for staff on leave
• Assisting the Head of compliance with ad-hoc research and projects as and when assigned.
