Compliance Manager - Emirates NBD

-Lead in defining & Implementing compliance program for Private Banking Wealth Management Activities



-Regular conduct of compliance monitoring as per the program



-Product Approvals-CWMIC and Regulatory approvals



-Good understanding of AML, Introducer and independent Asset Manager Relationships, Wealth Management product, Discretionary and Non-Discretionary business etc.



-Provide Training to the unit in compliance matters



-Coordination/Preparation of regulatory filing and serving as contact with regulators
