IT Manager - Manpower Middle East

Reporting into the Group CFO, this candidate will be fully responsible for establishing the IT Master Plan and Strategy for the Middle East & North African operations, as well as proposing and implementing new IT solutions to enhance the overall productivity of the business



Responsible and accountable for EMENAC IT budget, including drawing up operational and capital budgets, managing on-going expense, and ensuring the most efficient use of company resources, responsibility (Measured by TCO trends, industry benchmarks as well as inter-company benchmarking To support the regional office in all ICT related requirements, including the provision and management of all IT related desktop support and application support. (Measures of uptime, call resolution, customer perception)



Initiates and ensures definition and specification of IT related requirements and opportunities. This includes both regional requirements and common group IT functions, also included in this output is the participation in IT strategy formulation, prioritizing and implementation.(This output should be measured by problem resolution, dealing with requirements, and business improvements by capitalizing on opportunities)



Participate in continuous business improvement. Process definition, mapping, documentation, enablement and communication are the primary output of this action. (measured by process improvement) Implement and lead an effective project change management process preferably IT driven, that pro-actively identifies project changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the ERP program team Responsible for drafting and managing SLA’s with both internal and external group clients, as well as service providers including external vendors and group IT functions (. SCM, infrastructure, PC sourcing, compliance)



The IT Manager is ultimately responsible for the compliance of the IT function within the EMENAC region; this includes facilitating audits including responding and resolution of audit queries. Ensuring adherence to site and group policies and procedures, information security, data management and responsibility for disaster recovery related to the region. Responsible for quality status of all validation requirements of IT systems and infrastructure. (measured by audit response, adherence and absence of incidents)
