Job Purpose:
To take ownership of coordinating with centers for fulfilling of requests for marketing services and provide support to the Head of Marketing for planning and executing QF marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the established guidelines and policies. To further provide critical support through excellence in production and execution of collaterals for all marketing related activities.
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Receive all requests for marketing services from end users through the request form; discuss with Head of Marketing and convey acceptance or rejection of request to end user.
• Prioritizing request based on the urgency and assigning a job number in the database. Submit MIS of details requests received and serviced on a monthly basis to Marketing Manager for review.
• Discuss requirement of outsourcing the execution of request, in case of agency involvement, prepare brief for agency and ensure complete understanding of objectives and deliverables by agency.
• Receive media booking requests from end users, ensure that all relevant details have been filled in, and check advertisements for compliance to brand/co branding guidelines as relevant.
• Prepare media schedule for advertisement in consultation with end user along with budget and coordinate with media booking agency for release on agreed date.
• Assist Head of Marketing in preparing questionnaire and analyzing findings of the customer feedback survey and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist in communication of the QF brand manual to all relevant stakeholders; ensure compliance with QF brand guidelines in all marketing communication of QF and/or its centers.
• Assist Head of Marketing in preparing integrated campaign plan including budget and proposed milestones. Maintain/update the campaign tracker on a periodic basis and maintain all related documentation.
• Implement and execute assigned marketing activities as per agreed timelines and budgets; liaise with other departments and agency as required, evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities using the proposed measures; submit findings to Head of Marketing.
• Interface between other departments and agency for ensuring that content and relevant details are made available to the agency; collaborate with creative team to ensure that marketing communication and corporate collaterals are produced by the agreed deadline and within budget.
• Work closely with Head of Marketing to identify opportunities in target print media, contribute ideas and concepts for advertorial.
• Work with Head of Marketing on developing marketing strategy to support QF Centers.
• Receive project brief and requirements from end users, discuss and recommend the most efficient methods of reaching target audience through advertising/media buying.
• Liaise with PR and Communication dept and discuss brief to ensure that all key messages are aligned.
• Select creative agency based on assessment of end user requirements, budget and timeline. Provide end user with a number of solutions, recommending the best.
• Prepare creative brief containing key messages and target audience and brief selected agency.
• Take ownership of project and manage selected agency in all stages of development and execution while consulting with Head of Marketing.
• Receive video production request from end user, discuss requirements with selected production house and recommend the best creative route to end user.
• Manage and facilitate filming and production of video through all stages of development
• Assist Marketing Manager in the formulation and articulation of business and budgetary plan for Marketing in line with Communication Directorate plans and participate in monthly business plan review with team.
