Sales Manager - Safran Morpho

 Develop the sales strategy, tactics and sales plan

 Set the sales objectives and be fully responsible of achieving them,

 Perform the business forecast for the next 3 to 5 years,

 Conduct Market Analysis while being constantly aware of the market evolutions in order to track opportunities and adjust the plan when needed,

 Maintain close business relationships with the Customer(s) so that their solution needs and future plans are thoroughly understood,

 Create and nurture an interest in the solution including arranging for presentations and demonstrations to the effective decision makers at all levels,

 Advise Morpho in respect of all matters relating to competition, potential competition and other business hazards facing Morpho in the Territory in a timely manner so as to permit Morpho to develop and implement a strategy to overcome such matters,

 Assist Morpho as required in meetings and presentations with the Customers and in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals in support of Morpho business in the Territory,

 Establish and maintain contact with actual and prospective suppliers and partners and with relevant organisations, institutions and governmental agencies within the Territory,

 Draw up the sales proposal, manage the negotiation and the selling process,

 Maintain and develop the customer relationship during and after the sales contract,

 Maintain a long term customer relationship,

 Represent the company in the area.
