Develop the sales strategy, tactics and sales plan
Set the sales objectives and be fully responsible of achieving them,
Perform the business forecast for the next 3 to 5 years,
Conduct Market Analysis while being constantly aware of the market evolutions in order to track opportunities and adjust the plan when needed,
Maintain close business relationships with the Customer(s) so that their solution needs and future plans are thoroughly understood,
Create and nurture an interest in the solution including arranging for presentations and demonstrations to the effective decision makers at all levels,
Advise Morpho in respect of all matters relating to competition, potential competition and other business hazards facing Morpho in the Territory in a timely manner so as to permit Morpho to develop and implement a strategy to overcome such matters,
Assist Morpho as required in meetings and presentations with the Customers and in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals in support of Morpho business in the Territory,
Establish and maintain contact with actual and prospective suppliers and partners and with relevant organisations, institutions and governmental agencies within the Territory,
Draw up the sales proposal, manage the negotiation and the selling process,
Maintain and develop the customer relationship during and after the sales contract,
Maintain a long term customer relationship,
Represent the company in the area.
