Specialist - Digital Media - MILAHA

Drive and manage all internal and external digital communications within and outside the organization.



- Overseeing the development and maintenance of Milaha and its subsidiaries’ web presence, specifically the web site;

- Developing and executing Milaha’s social media strategy, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and any other relevant social media;

- Continuing the Phase 2 and 3 development of the Corporate Intranet and managing its administration on an on-going basis;

- Maintain a full understanding of digital media topics, technology and functionality including but not limited to Social Media and Email;

- Serves as the Milaha’s “online media expert, ” remain updated with emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices. Regularly updates colleagues and management on these trends and makes recommendations for new activities;

- Tracks content creation/social media campaigns and opportunities. Reviews and compiles social media statistics and reports to generate measurable outcomes of online activities;

- Monitor media coverage of Milaha across digital platforms and determine mechanisms (. interviews, profiles) to increase awareness and positive coverage of MIlaha in the press;

- Assist in execution of internal communications and change management activities within Milaha, in coordination with HR;

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
