Training officer - S.O.S. HR Solutions

• Implement the HR training HR Policies and procedures

• Identify and assess the training and development needs for employees.

• Manage, monitor, and record business and training trips.

• Evaluate training effectiveness

• Prepare an annual training plan and monitor the plan quarterly

• Schedule training in coordination with the employees and management

• Maintaining and managing employee records.

• Responsible for the semiannual and annual appraisals

• Perform other duties upon request.
