• Report to work on time, as scheduled in a manner consistent with the requirements of the position
• Perform lawn applications of organic-based fertilizers and weed control, insect control and disease control utilizing . best practices.
• Analysis of existing and potential lawn issues, communicating found issues to customers as well as management.
• Tracking of all conditions found while on customers lawn as well as all products utilized
• No mowing or landscaping involved.
• Conduct routine inspection of assigned equipment and vehicle to ensure productivity and safety of the facility

• Completed Agronomic Assessments of potential customers lawns.
• Work ongoing with the management staff to ensure that the goals of the business are met as they relate to Revenue Produced, Sales, Customer Retention and Expenditures
