Waiter/ Waitress - Kawader Manpower

The company is a Coffee Shop located in the Business district of Qatar.



Duties & Responsibilities:

- Check station before/during/after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.

- Content knowledge of all restaurant menus and current promotions.

- Clear up vacant table and prepare for resetting. Reset all service according to the brand standards.

- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary standard service equipment including glasses, plates, beverages and condiments.

- Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner, while taking the order.

- Explain any special drinks, food or promotions in an unobtrusive manner.

- Record and repeat the order to the guest to check for correctness.

- Place the order into sales point system (Micros).

- Ensure the order has reached the bar or the kitchen.

- Serve the correct order to the guest along with appropriate condiments.

- Be aware of guests needs and replenish beverages and condiments as and when necessary, at the same time check politely about guest satisfaction.

- Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.

- Present the check to customer promptly.

- Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.

- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

- Responsible for all utensils to be available at all times cleaned and stored after use.
