Communication Expert - Jordan Telecom Group

Mission :

- Handle the content of the internal communication tools (intranet, emails, radio, SMS, ...).

- Position involves undertaking a various tasks within the internal communication department, and requires frequent interaction with all business units and corporate services.



Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible to prepare the HTML design for every communication request which needs IT developments (. new web page, any amendments on the portal pages, banners, ..) and handle the related development process with IT till the request is ready to be published.

- Responsible to keep the intranet updated on a regular basis within the related content in both languages, along with the related photos, illustrations, links, videos, ...etc.

- Responsible to prepare the communication briefs and coordinate with the agency to develop and prepare the communication content (writing, editing, translation, ...) for the internal communication tools.

- Handle the validation process for the communication content.

- Responsible to release the communication content to the employees using the proper internal communication tool and format.

- Responsible to issue the internal magazine quarterly by planning publication subjects, following up with the agency on the content development, reviewing the received content, handling the internal approvals, following up the design and the layout with the agency until receiving the related CD and dummy of the magazine ready for printing.

- Responsible of preparing all advertisements related to the employees, tendering and HR issues internally and/ or externally.

- Responsible to prepare the needed data base and the related information in coordination with HR.
