• Direct assistance to the CEO
• Performs complete range of duties associated with providing executive assistance support to the CEO, including clerical support and supervises office staff.
• Represent the CEO and the Company in a professional and congenial manner in telephone conversations and in written correspondence
• Maintain the office calendar, including the schedule for the CEO
• Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities
• Reviewing legal contracts and financial reports
• Corresponds email, letters, agreements, invitation and meetings addressed for the CEO
• Assumes responsibility for planning and organizing the work of the office and for making work assignments to secretarial and clerical personnel.
• Schedules and assists meetings and conferences
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Reviewing reports to the CEO from different company operations
• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
• Managing filing systems;
• Recording office expenditures and budget
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output;
• Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations;
• Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be required.
