Our food division is made up of a portfolio of 29 different brands and consists of a diverse range of outlets. From quick service, casual dining provided by Pei Wei through to the high-end, quality dining experience of Veranda, there is a dining concept to suit all hospitality backgrounds. Well known brands include: Starbucks, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Dean & Deluca, Pinkberry, and Pizza Express. This division has grown year on year with 115 units in 2012 and new brands for 2013 such as Katsuya and Café CoCo.
This is a pivotal role within the QA department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner. Generate reports, documents and information that allow the Management, Host Brands and suppliers to communicate our compliance to Food Safety standards in all aspects of the business.
We are looking for candidates with:
* Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or Food Microbiology with 5 yrs QA or related industrial food experience OR 10 years of relevant experience in one or more sectors of the food industry
* HACCP Knowledge
* Experienced in food manufacturing or restaurants
* Audit Experience
* Familiar with best practice of food safety management
* Demonstrable understanding of Operations
* Project Management
