Job Description

A reputable company works in contracting sector with focus on landscaping projects seeking to fill the following vacant position:

Job Title: Projects Department Manager

Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications:

1. BSc in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.

2. Advanced training courses in approaches and techniques of projects management, preferable those who awarded PMP.

3. High computer skills and literacy especially in MS office, MS projects managements and primavera.

4. Experienced in relevant computer design programs such as auto cad, 3 DMAX,…etc, .

Minimum Experiences and skills required:

1. Relevant work experience not less than ten years in managing contracting projects and businesses particularly landscaping projects, attached with properly documented track records of projects achieved and carried out successfully

2. High sophisticated skills in projects planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

3. Practical working experience in preparing projects budgeting and controlling in collaboration with concerned departments and units.

4. Strong analytical skills in anticipating variances from budget and introducing corrective actions as necessary.

5. High skills in drafting reports.

6. High communication skills within and outside the company and using business e mail professionally.

7. Have team spirit and diplomatic in dealing with others.

8. Leadership skills and tend to transfer knowledge and skills to team members.

9. Knowledgeable in assessing subordinates performance.

10. Proactive in anticipating problems and be well equipped in managing challenges.

11. Excellent in both Arabic and English speaking and writing.
