Accountant - AJ AUTO SPARE PARTS

At this time we are looking for Accountant-cum-Personnel/Administrator.



Responsibility:



ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING - Settlement and Cash services, сontrol of bank operations, receipt, control and systemizing of primary, keeping balance3s with suppliers, work with accountable persons, salary calculation as per UAE law (WPC), taking part in warehouse inventories, control over and payment for company communal and communication expenses



ADMINISTRATION - Prolongation of company license, conclusion of agreements on house rent and its prolongation (warehouse and dormitory), receipt of OFC, receipt of necessary documents for Certification and QC, control and coordination of receipt and shipment of incoming and outgoing company correspondence (documents, e-letters, faxes) Timely checking of e-mail box. Annual prolongation of, , arrangement of necessary insurance agreements in the name of company (insurance of staff, medical insurance, company car insurance, company liability insurance Company car change of company vehicle registration certificate, technical aid to Top Management (making copies, printing, scanning etc.), accomplishing of personal requests of Top Management.



PERSONNEL DEPTT - Accounting for personnel and maintaining of personal files of staff, timely proper arrangement of hiring/discharge as per local Law; provisions, instructions and orders of Top Management, obtaining and annulling of working Visa for company staff, working time table maintenance, preparation and maintenance of Leave Schedule, preparation and issuing of necessary documents to company staff (information letters, salary sertificate, recommendation letters, etc.), control of balance on visa deposit account, maintaining personnel documentation and iproviding it to Moscow office.
