Admin Maintenance Supervisor

Position Designation: Administration supervisor

Manager’s Designation: Administration manager



A: Fixed assets management (25%)

1. Provides the Company’s staff in Choueifat offices and warehouse with the proper furniture, equipment and installations.

2. Controls warehouse security.

3. Follow up on site for construction and renovation projects in Choueifat related to company premises.



B: Maintenance activity (40%)

1. Follows up the yearly maintenance implementation

2. Monitors and follows up all administrative and maintenance services related to Choueifat (Generators, elevators, forklifts, coolers, refrigerators)

3. Manages Maintenance unit including garage responsibilities, such as Van cleaning and fuel supply and Car maintenance

4. Follows up the yearly maintenance implementation

5. Ensures follow up on all maintenance contracts and negotiation (contract bill, cars insurance /compulsory insurance)

6. Develops and follows-up the periodic preventive maintenance schedule for the Company’s administrative vehicles and motorcycles taking into consideration the time required for maintenance and branding

7. Handles the vehicles/motorcycles’ oil and fuel supply and provides the services and material required for minor maintenance, repair and washing of Company vehicles/motorcycles

8. Follow up on all reports related to maintenance and cost analysis (fuel cost analysis, maintenance reports, electricity expenses, etc)

C: insurance (5%)

1. Ensures the global insurance coverage of all Company’s assets and premises vis-à-vis “third parties”.



D: Governmental bodies relation (20%)

1. Contacts & follow up with governmental bodies (ministries, municipalities, Ogero, etc) ensuring quality and compliance to government requirements.

2. Responsible for all governmental permits for renewal of company fleet.

3. Regular contacts with key persons in governmental and private institutions regarding licenses for Choueifat complex.

4. Responsible for taking off the damaged products and coordinating this activity with ministry of finance and accounting
