Role Summary:
Support the overall Branch needs in administration, Finance functions &overall Branch needs in all other administrative functions (IT, HR, reception…).
Principal activities:
• Manager local purchase orders and supplier order processing and check Purchase requisitions and search for potential source of supply in the list of valid contracts and transmit Purchase requisitions to Branch buyer when no contract is available at Branch level
• In charge of Sales billing and billing due list with support of sales team in order to ensure proper billing time and collection
• Bad debt allowances set up and Maintenance of debtor accounts and tracing of old claims, advance payments.
• Coordinate with lawyers in case of outstanding payments and legal issues
• Monitoring and inventory of fixed assets and administrate decentralized rent- and leasing-contracts
• Support the Budget process and prepare monthly reports and year-end closing and
• Manage all office facilities (. fixed assets, vehicles insurance contract, reception, Telephone-service, postal-service & licenses)
• Personnel administration management for direct and indirect people: coordinate and input time, payroll, expenses information (. time-sheet)
• Manage the document retention and archiving process at Branch level.
• Manage Collection Activities.
