Under the supervision of the Chair of the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Educational Innovation, the successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative duties required for the Centre. This includes but not limited to:
Duties & responsibilities:
• Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Chair, Coordinators and staff of the Centre
• Works closely with the Chair and Coordinators regarding matters of documentation requirements
• Prepares and processes invoices, cheque requisitions, and petty cash for the Centre
• Generates P.O. requisitions and maintains related budget sheets
• Receives, responds to and/or directs routine calls to the Centre
• Maintains instructional resource materials and supplies through an electronic requisition process
• Prepares letters, forms, reports and other documents
• Researches information, compiles statistics, gathers and computes data from a variety of sources; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, workshops, appointments and travel arrangements and
• Maintains calendars
• Establishes, updates, and maintains files (electronic & manual), inventories, and records
• Implements and maintains data management systems, as required
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
