Know-How (for all levels)

• Preparing Built - up area calculation for villas and towers, where needed.

• Assisting in reviewing Material Submittal for towers (Porto Arabia & Viva Bahriya).

• Architectural As-built drawings submissions inspection, for Villas and towers, to insure the accuracy of submitted drawings, Built - up area calculations (if any modification from approved design) and project completion.

• Assisting in reviewing “Authorization for Mobilization requests” by check reviewing documents against TPQ procedure requirements.

• Preparing Monthly Violation reports for under constructed villas and towers, by regular site inspection, to insure that the construction is per approved design and TPQ regulations.

• Assisting in reviewing and follow up work produced by A\E Consultants ensuring the applicable codes, TPQ Regulations, Standards & Procedures acceptance.

• To review all construction progress reports submitted by contractors / consultants.

• To assist in reviewing projects reports on deliverables submittal for completeness

• To assist in reviewing TPQ - Beach villas, Towers and retail projects’ submissions in accordance with TPQ regulations.

• Assisting in preparing BOQs related to UDC projects planned upgrades or modifications.

• Assisting in verifying the provided submissions from developers or tenants to be matching with latest correspondences.

• Assisting in architectural review for retail projects (shops) on TPQ Island.

The ability to resolve problems, to think logically and to research and implement solutions, when ever needed.

Accountability

• Be responsible and reliable in conducting the information to the department, under his duties.
