Purpose:
To support in making entries related to department with record keeping of documents.
• Support provides to admin manager and supervisor.
• Creation of each vehicle VSB (Subsidiary record of lease vehicle)
• Creation of each vehicle DR.
• Preparation of small fleet invoicing with supporting documents.
• Support provide to customer relations to renewals of registration and new registration.
• Renewals of registration and insurances.
• Completeness of lease documents related to new delivery of vehicles as per standard process.
• Preparation of documents relating to released used vehicles.
• Updating of changes required in VSB.
• Coordination with IT/ Finance for Creation of new customer accounts.
• Invoicing and quotation of used car vehicles.
