Qatari Automotive Group is looking for a Divisional Financial Controller to work in one of their business entities. You will be reporting through to the Group Finance Director and will head one of the three business entities.
Main resposibilities:
• To take full responsibility preparation of monthly financial reports and other financial Information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance the Company’s requirements.
• To take part in regular reviews and provides business support to the General Manager and Executive Management Team including the analysis of financial information for recommendations for further improvement.
• Implement and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with Company Policies and procedures.
• Has direct responsible for leading the divisional finance personnel and guiding them to ensure the daily operation and the financial close process, including the pre-close and post-close preparation, and review of balance sheet accounts reconciliations are completed.
• To be responsible for the preparation of annual budget, which will involve in reviewing of future business plans to develop the budget.
• Work with the internal and external auditors on statutory audit and tax requirements (when necessary).
• Financial forecasting, planning and analysis process and identify and resolve potential financial risk areas in timely manner.
• Will work closely with Credit and Collections Manager to facilitate LC terms and debt collections
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Perform pricing analysis and approve respective price lists
