BILINGUAL SECRETARY - Qatar General Insurance And Reinsurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance.

• Compose Correspondences such as memorandums, circulars, letters, emails and minutes of the meetings.

• Responsible for calendar management, arrange internal and external meetings.

• Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.

• Taking messages in Arabic and English.

• Handle advanced PowerPoint presentations.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
