- Prospects new potential clients within the ministries and governmental bodies in addition to the residential, commercial, infrastructure, educational and health care industries;

- Presents company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails;

- Responds to pre-qualifications and tenders and requests for information in a timely manner;

- Manages and interprets customer requirements in a way to understand, anticipates and meets their needs;

- Works closely with the project manager &/or the assigned project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status so to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project;

- Negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both customer and company needs;

- Negotiates and closes sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

- Analyzes and utilizes research information, market conditions and trends, and client information to assist in creating the Company’s strategic plan;

- Promotes the interest of the Company and leads the process of the preparation of proposals and presentations and involves both internal and external resources when necessary;

- Effectively obtains post-bid information through client feedback and project debriefs to increase success rate;

- Builds and maintains relationships with senior customer and/or government officials in support of company's business.

- Achievesrevenue goals

- Maintains good client relationships with current clients

- Increases client retention and promote new sales and connections through referrals and references

- Finds and develops new and existing referral sources from which successful referential relationships can be gained
