Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Global Innovation Company

STRATEGIC:



* Develop corporate governance financial strategies and communicate it with all stakeholders.



* Develop policies and procedures to manage the finance and accounting functions.



* Direct overall financial plans



* Audit and ensure compliance to the corporate financial policies, goals, and report deviations





OPERATIONAL:



* Oversee budgeting process; compile income and expenditure budgets



* Oversee the development and implementation of financial procedures and control tools



* Direct preparation of scenario based annual budgets, guide subsidiaries and divisions on the budget preparation process, review the budgets with the GM and present the approved budgets to the Board of Directors



* Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management information reports, including the drafting of the accompanying explanatory notes



* Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards for accounting and financial reporting



* Coordinate annual audit with external auditors



* Provide relevant support to internal auditors



* Ensure compliance with regulatory provisions for taxation



PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:



In line with the corporate HR policies and in full coordination with the Corporate Human Resource Department the job holder fulfills the following accountabilities:



* Manage employee relation in his area for better team working and collective culture



* Recruit, train, coach and motivate the employees for his area



* Agree clear performance objectives for the team members



* Agree and implement development and training plans



* Solves issues related to people management and employees relations



* Communicate job roles & responsibilities to the team members



* Evaluate employees performance and take corrective actions
