- Survey quantities through the shop drawings and the site work.

- Prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ.

- Prepare estimates and costs of the work.

- Undertake costs analysis for repair and maintenance of project work.

- Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.

- Perform risk and value management and cost control.

- Calculates the quantities from drawings and submit to all concerned departments.
