Job description



- The Country Manager Reports hierarchically to the Board and functionally to the Sales&Marketing (HQ in Italy)



Key accountabilities include:



- Full management and control of the company, including Legal Representation

- Ability in coordinating Pre-Sales

- Project implementation

- After Sales Support

- Contract Negotiation

- Monthly Reporting to the HQ (including Monthly Structure Cost, B/S, Income Statement, and overall business status)

- Cost management & control

- Assure structure profitability

- Assure payment

- Achieve sales target, maintain and expand the existing customer base in the Far East

- Promote company's product to the new and or existing customer

- Active in solving issues arising from the customer/contractors
