•Pedagogical and administrative follow up
•Participate in induction training provided by NRC
•Coordinate and monitor the daily work of Education Monitors/Mobilisers
•Elaborate beneficiaries selection criteria to be shared and agreed upon with the team and other relevant stakeholders
•Update education indicators and monitor them in a structured and regular way
•In coordination with the Education Senior Project Officer, elaborate and utilize pedagogical tools (. registers, performance appraisals, attendance lists, classroom observations etc.) in order to follow up project activities
•Update and further develop the current curricula utilized in the Learning Centers
•Carry out daily, regular field visits to observe, evaluate and report on project activities
•Coordinate with logistics to ensure that staff and project activities are carried out in an efficient manner
•Carry out regular pedagogical meetings with teachers/parents/communities/administrative authorities
•Regularly evaluate pedagogical needs
•Implement all activities related to the construction of schools: facilitate meetings in the communities to explain NRC’s community based approach, report needs in the process of construction and follow up on the development of the construction.
•Carry out activities conforming to the existing working structure and in line with the NRC Code of Conduct
•Establish the learning centers materials needs and support distribution process
•Elaborate request forms and transport letters
•Ensure good collaboration between administrative and school authorities
•Keep recorded track of learning centers statistics
•Elaborate weekly/monthly reports/RRP6 updates
•Utilize all tools provided by NRC in a respectful and correct way
•Inform the Senior Project Officer about all kinds of problems, complaints or information useful for carrying out the project
•Represent NRC in official meetings, in inter-agency meetings and official ceremonies in the work zone assigned.
•Coordinate with other stakeholders operating in the area of intervention and ensure mutual respect for the local customs/cultures
