ENGINEERING MANAGER - CRISTAL

The purpose of this position is to lead engineering improvement initiatives throughout the Cristal Advanced Metal Fabrication organization in Jazan Economic City, KSA. A key responsibility of this function is to write, incorporate, maintain, and enforce a sound engineering and drafting system within the organization. The minimum requirements for the standards will be in accordance with ASME B&PV Code Section II, V, VIII, & IX, along with ISO 9001:2008. This position will ensure compliance to the requirements of the ISO standards and supervise engineers and draftsman to ensure their compliance.

This position is responsible for overseeing the thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers, mass transfer equipment, vessels, reactors, piping systems, and other custom made fabricated equipment products.

This position is responsible for understanding and teaching the applicable Codes and standards mentioned as well as any additional specifications and standards that may be introduced to Cristal. These include all customer specifications that we will be asked to follow.

This position monitors and advises on how the system is performing, which may often include the publication of statistics regarding company performance against set measures.

This position will be responsible for all engineering, drafting, and automation programming, and material planning for all areas within the fabrication plant.

This position is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organisation
