Responsible for maintaining and organizing the General Manager’s calendar and appointments,
Prepares committees’ meetings and writes related minutes of meeting,
Follows- up on ongoing projects and requests from all concerned departments,
Receives the GM’s mail and sorts them by priority and by action to be taken,
Filters general information, phone calls and invitations to the GM,
Screens inquiries and requests and handles them when appropriate,
Arranges the GM’s travel and accommodation and ensures that arrangements match the GM’s requirements.
