Floor Manager - ABC Group

Technical and Reporting - 20%

• Ensure that Sales force schedules effectively meet service requirements based on the flow of sales activities on the floor;

• Set specific and achievable individual targets for team members and monitor sales progress;

• Accountable for the delivery of various reporting tools, analyze findings and recommend improvements (sell thru, brand and product analysis, footfall…)

• Attend FPU meetings and participate in the development of floor objectives and targets;

• Maintain inventory control, order stock and oversee delivery;

• Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards at all times;

• Oversee and check the operation’s checklist on daily basis to ensure maintenance and floor standard is met at all times;

• Supervise the cleaners and assure the timely and accurate completion of tasks as per checklist and agreed standards;

• Handle POS transactions from returns, refunds, discounts, etc. and investigate daily discrepancies and employee purchases;

• Ensure that ABC and tenants’ employees abide by set policies, procedures and ABC

standards particularly in terms of grooming and presentation;

• Cater to all tenants’ requests to ensure their satisfaction according to ABC standards;

• Work closely with the Marketing Team in coordinating events and other initiatives on the operational level;

• Weekly monitoring for the Gift card display on cash desks & availability of all denominations on all levels & send a weekly status feedback to Events & Digital Media Manager;

• Follow up CCM stock management and send weekly feedback to senior Marketing officer;

• Headhunt, approach and attract high caliber candidates able to reflect the image of the company.

• Ensure the implementation of audit processes and policies.



Selling and Service Leadership - 70%

• Maintain a strong floor presence to drive selling efforts, model service behaviors and ensure consistent adherence to the service standards;

• Promote customer service excellence and exceeds customers’ expectations;

• Actively seeks inputs from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards and ensure smooth running of activities;

• Maintain focus on driving sales, setting work pace and delivering on floor goals;



Coaching and Development - 40%

• Assist in the recruitment of a strong team that demonstrates consistent sales focus and sales oriented behaviors;

• Provide consistent team coaching to ensure continuous improvements, recognize and

reward effective skills and behaviors;



Mentoring and Development - 10%

• Assist in the recruitment of a strong team, when requested, that demonstrates consistent sales focus and sales oriented behaviors;

• Partner with the team to develop departmental objectives motivating the achievement of sales targets and driving volume growth;

• Identify training needs for team to ensure relevant/value added training needs are delivered with support of the Training department;

• Cross train the team to ensure agility and cross functional capabilities;

• Conduct regular performance reviews and follow-up on development plans.
