compliance with all processes, policies, procedures and standards pertaining to the HR department; this includes understanding the implications of the Kuwait Labour Law on the HR function

2. Support the department in the communication and interpretation of the applicable HR policies and procedures to the relevant stakeholders

3. Prepare and complete various HR formats, templates and reports as requested by the Manager and Assistant Manager(s). Ensure that documents are completed on a timely basis and that quality standards are met

4. Support the implementation of awareness campaigns designed to raise general awareness about the HR department and its practices throughout the Foundation and its centers; this includes preparing presentations and other communication material as well as organizing events etc.

5. Assist in the implementation of the performance management system in accordance with the performance management calendar and the applicable policies and procedures; this includes issuing reminder e-mails/memos on each stage of the process and collecting and tracking the status of performance plans etc.

6. Support in setting up annual compensation surveys through preparing the survey, contacting participating organizations and/or collaborating with consultants; contribute to the development of the findings report

7. Track employee grievances, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, and other employee concerns; ensure that such grievances are escalated to the HR Manager in order to initiative grievance procedures

8. Process disciplinary procedures as directed by the HR Manager to ensure the handling and resolution of any employee misconducts according to the Labour Law; support the investigation committee as and when required

9. Contribute to the maintenance of the department’s employee database (HRMS and physical files) through regularly updating employee records and retrieving information as requested by eligible parties; ensure that information confidentiality is maintained at all times

10. Conduct procedures relating to employee leave management for various leaves such as vacations, sick leave, maternity etc, ensuring that leaves are administered as per the Kuwait Labour Law and that leaves are adequately managed

11. Perform any other HR activities as requested by Management
