Middle East Jobs: Lubricants Manager - Al Rimal for Recruitment

Implement Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies at all times. Achieve EIA ”annual performance appraisal” HSEQ objectives assigned by the Safety committee and the Top management.

 Responsible for selling complete range of lubricants, Should have technical knowledge of marketing the products.

 Develop lubricants sales team and dealers network.

 Strategy of marketing various products, advertise campaign, participate in technical forums, exhibitions etc.

 Give presentations to potential customers.

 Responsible for rapid oil change activities.

 Lead and motivate field sales personnel and supervise their performance.

 Prepare market studies on the industry and specific products lines.

 Identify new business opportunities and ability in accelerating business growth.

 Credit evaluation of customers, age-wise analysis of outstanding debits and their liquidation.

 Control of lubricants stock.

 Credit management.

 Control and follow up Company and Contractor distributors.

 Prepare orders from lubricants suppliers.

 Calculate the cost and setting the selling price for all the products.

 Technical support and training for employees in Company stations.

 Follow up quotation preparation, customer visit, technical discussion and payments.

 Follow up and monitor activities of competitors in market and plan our strategy.

 Understand technicalities of products required by customer and recommend the suitable equivalent product / Solution

 Institutional follow up for registration and sale (Royal Scientific society, weight & measures, ETC).
