Office Manager for an Asset Integrity Inspection Company

• Overall management of office and field activities.

• Business development with Qatar clients.

• Supervision of tender preparation and attendance at site visits if required.

• Ensuring timely mobilization / demobilization of personnel and equipment.

• Coordination and supervision of inspection activities on site.

• Liaising with client and workforce to ensure smooth running of contracts.

• Ensuring effective document control both in office and on site.

• Ensuring all equipment is calibrated correctly and maintained in good condition.

• Dealing with client suggestions / complaints.

• Implementing an effective QHSE Management System.

• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective / preventive actions.

• Participating in the management review meetings.
