• Follow up Recruitment Agencies in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka,
(Egypt, Yemen and Jordan) as well newly selected candidates
until mobilization.
• Follow up Head of departments regarding their requirement.
And publish advertisement to get CVs from Concerned countries.
• Source CVs and forward to department head after screening.
• Arrange Air tickets for new arrival candidates.
• Arrange Airport pick up, accommodation and cash advance
for newly arrival candidates with coordinating with concerned
persons.
• Present the orientation for newly arrived candidates and compile
personal files.
• maintain General Report (Status of candidates), visa report and
agencies visa payment.
• Process the Increment and amendment receive for the appraisal
from various Departments yearly and end of contract basis.
