RESPONSIBILITY
1. Ensure that all administration documents implemented and processed as per the company policy.
2. Ensure administration services are provided to the regions’ employees
3. Provide information and services to internal clients to ensure that they are aware of, and comply with, administration policies and procedures.
4. Address all the administration issues with the government and work to resolve them immediately.
5. Ensure the region vehicle documents issued and /or renewed on time and in-compliance with the law.
6. Ensure the issuance and renewal of all government licenses, permits and official documents for depots.
7. Provide documents/services to ensure that health and safety is facilitated across all locations.
8. Negotiate accommodation villa’s or any other facilities for lease by the company in region when required.

2. Delivery of all administration services accurately and on time.
3. No pending administration issues for internal clients
4. All governmental issues resolved satisfactory and on time.
5. Vehicles registrations must be valid at all times
6. All government licenses, permits and official documents are issued or renewed on time.
7. Ensure governmental documents are processed in relation of HSS.
8. Timely service provided at all times with regard to renewal or new lease of accommodation villas
