Role Summary

To perform sales and provide customer service to clients in order to achieve set goals



Main Accountabilities

1. Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls & closed sales in order to extract reports when needed

2. To accurately maintain customers database to update the records for future marketing promotions

3. Explain return and exchange policies to avoid misunderstanding upon return or exchange

4. Process repairs or alteration of merchandise if necessary

5. Maintain inventory stock and requisition of new stock; arrange and display merchandise to ensure a good brand visibility

6. Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales

7. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs

8. Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs

9. Describe merchandise by explaining the use and operation to the customers

10. Ensure stock replenishment within the shop
