Role Summary:
Responsible for sales targets execution and for the supervision of the Salesmen as well as for processing escalations requests. This function can be assigned either to the Branch Manager for small branches.
Principal activities:
• Process owner and operational responsible, together with the Salesmen, of applying the SRM policy for new sales, ensuring the collection of all the new sales
• Supervise the Salesmen NI's activities in order to achieve the targets
• In case of escalations, take decisions or further escalate
• Based on the reports, analyze the sales process and take appropriate further steps
• Support the Salesmen in special projects, or when required
• Any other related responsibilities and duties
