Sales Managers for IFP Beirut and Qatar - Event Organizer

* Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the continuous growth of the revenues of the events business. The customers of the events business being the international exhibitors, he/she puts all his/her potential to acquire new exhibitors, penetrate existing exhibitors with new offerings and retain existing exhibitors.



* Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manages the Marketing Sales for Local/ International Groups coming to exhibitions: retains existing exhibitors, acquires new exhibitors and penetrates existing panel with new offerings.

- Selects the campaign targeted audience and builds a conveying core message (the sales letter) accordingly aiming to create interest and benefit from attending the exhibition.

- Oversees local/ international similar exhibitions aiming to benchmark the Group’s offerings, to keep track of attending exhibitors and for some to obtain new prospects.

- Provides the database department with the collected exhibitors’ data and manages its continuous updating, the “cleanliness” of this data being critical for the exhibition renewal.

- Coordinates with the IT Department for the issuance of the email campaign for targeted exhibitors.

- Manages direct inquiries for “headhunting” new exhibitors and indirect inquiries through local agents in different countries.

- Strives to build fruitful, solid and long term relations with foreign embassies and local associations in order to ensure presence of the highest number of pavilions in exhibitions and to increase the visibility of IFP Group.

- Searches for local associations in each country aiming to bring new exhibitors.

- Handles the relation with the exhibitor before, during and after the show: follows-up and collects payments, builds the allocated space, provides customer service support…etc.
