Responsibilities:
1- The distribution of the company's products to current customers and attract new clients.
2- To know all the information on the products and explain a detailed explanation to the customers.
3- Access to procurement requests from clients
4- Make sure of the satisfaction of the clients on the products and services provided
5- Permanent connection with clients, good handling, offering the product in the best way and delivering the company message
6- Capping all the clients of the area that the representative is handling and making both vertical and horizontal expansion
7- Attend to dealers’ and appointed distributors' enquiries, complaints, stocks and orders by performing regular visits and maintaining a good relationship
8- Perform regular visits to customers to promote and sell our company products, maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
9- Acquire new customers by planning frequent visits to potential customers and attending to quotation requests to increase market shares.
10- Follow up with customers sales to achieve sales budget, reduce DSO (days sales outstanding) and increase the gross margin.
11- Giving the market feedback about market competition depending on price, offers, new products, the reason why some clients no longer want to deal with our company and searching and getting new clients.
