SAP Developer - Nazih Group - Saudi

-Support, Maintain, Develop, and customize SAP business one applications, reports and database. Training the staff on SAP business one use.

Develop appropriate computerized information systems to meet the company requirements.

-Ensure that applications developed are user friendly to facilitate the work of users.

-Develop search engines and extract data and reports based on management requirements from the database.

-Customize the financial and statics reports to meet the needs of management.

-Maintain timely back up of data and ensure its safety/security at all times.

-Double-check and verify the integrity of the back up process on weekly basis.

-Manage ERP Servers Response monitoring and Check daily

-Manage the ERP Helpdesk support including remote solutions for the whole group

-Lead the researches and studies of ERP and CRM systems

-Manage the Help Desk Management Administration

-Trains staff in how to use new software and hardware developed and/or acquired.

-Maintain awareness of new developments in information technology and ensure that the company makes the best use of any such developments.

-Support the ERP implementation and troubleshooting with all users.

-Ensure the implementation any necessary procedures and documentation required to support new IT systems and procedures.

-Identify user requirements and develop project and products specifications that will ensure that these requirements are met.
