• Supports cluster /MC to quote, sell and deliver advanced service agreements

• Deploys service contracts model documents in the cluster

• Monitor service agreements profitability and performance

• Ensures efficient utilisation of available tools

• Coaches the local sales support engineers in building advanced proposals

• Ensure project handover efficiency - link between project mgr and local company

• Collects data and reports back to products owners ( BU ) for task lists improvements

• Participates in service agreements global network. Provides feedback regarding model documents

• Drives cluster maintenance network with local sales support engineers

• Benchmarks, shares success stories and best practises
