Training Manager - Huxley Associates

Our client - one of the reputable banks in Qatar is seeking to identify a well experienced HR (Training) professional for the Training Manager role within the HR Department.

Main Purpose:



The Training Manager provides support to the Head of Training responsible for managing the Bank's training and career development functions and ensures that training programs and career advancement plans are in place to meet the training and career development needs of all Bank staff. The Training Manager is also responsible in managing the Qatarization Development program of the Bank.



To be suitable for this role, you need to have the following requirements:



- University degree in Business / Banking & Finance pref. with Training qualifications / Certifications



- Min. of 7 years in training management, out of which at least 3 years in Banking



- High level of English and Arabic communication skills
