Accounts Receivables Supervisor/Revenue Controller

The AR(Account Receivable)& Revenue Control Supervisor to be in charge of the company revenue control, customer sales and profitability analysis. He will be required to interface with sales managers, customers and top management

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Assure timely collection of monies due to the company

2.Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards

3.Assure timely and accurate invoicing

4.Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly

5.Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits

6.Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.

7.Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments

8.Full control on Selling Expenses like Debit/Credit Memo’s to customers, free of charge goods, promotions, discounts, rebates, ..etc

9.Customer profitability analysis by SKU and market

10.Sales and operating profit analysis vs last year and actual

11.Decision support regarding pricing and customer support schemes changes including running simulations for different scenarios

12.Other duties as assigned
