JOB DESCRIPTION



The Director of operations has accountability for budgeting, planning, and providing the highest quality

of service to the customer at all times. He ensures all front desk, housekeeping and Maintenance staff

provide an air of gracious hospitality to all guests.

The Director of Operations coordinates, directs and manages the hotel operations to achieve profitability,

guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest

satisfaction.
