1. Ensure a proper implementation of policies and procedures relevant to L & D, identify discrepancies and coordinate with interested parties to ensure full compliance.
2. Participate in the development of new HR procedures, processes or systems to meet the changing requirements of both the business and the customer.
3. Review and control the execution of standardized activities and intervene whenever necessary to get the work done on time or to solve encountered problems.
4. Conduct researches, compile information and data, prepare reports that set out implications of actions and recommend ways forward to improve internal HR practices.
5. Consult with operational areas to determine if needs are being met in terms of HR services; identify gaps and follow-up on internal queries to satisfy customers’ needs.
6. Carry out small projects, monitor their progress and take appropriate course of actions to ensure end results are delivered.
7. Participate in meetings, recommend, explain or provide clarifications on policies, procedures and any other technical information related to own area of specialty.
8. Build and maintain communication channels with internal and external parties, conduct assessments, benchmarks and analysis, and take appropriate measures to support decisions in own area of specialty.
9. Provide assistance to HR officers at lower level in order for them to deliver a work of quality.
10. Conduct continuous researches and keep own knowledge up-to-date with the latest HR practices/trends.
