HSE officer - Sanofi

Job Purpose:

- Install, repair and maintain all production equipment in KAEC plant.

- Training for all production operator for operation and maintenance of all production machines

- Report, review and implement all HSE requirements and requirements on production area.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Routine production: support production operators for routine format parts change

- Routine production: supervise troubleshooting activities

- Supervise HSE in production area and follow SANFOI HSE standard

- MAINTENANCE TASK: annual preventive maintenance plan and record actual progress vs. the plan. - MAINTENANCE TASK: Daily/weekly/monthly check machine running and performance. - MAINTENANCE TASK: Management spare parts and consumables inventory, supply. - HSE: follow HSE rules and standard on production area. Review safety status for all equipment, earthing, moving parts, door switches ....etc. - New product and transfer: part of transfer team - New product: new equipment, define URS for engineering part, instillation and start-up. - New product: for existing equipment ensure that it's fit and adjusted for new launch - New Product: check that HSE is correctly define with new launch and transferred product. -Training: Responsible for all production operators training related to maintenance activates.
